Patiallity with some people over there. There are many bosses over there than to be a leader, who always motivate only for the work to be completed. Of you expect for salary hike or any permanent role over there then you will be the fool over there.

Good work culture, mentor supporting for freshers, Japanese language training, 3 to 6 months on hands projects experience, 6months onsite gulf nation's trip, twice meals and coffee tea good,cab facility.

Dislikes

Treating like 2nd and 3rd party employees payrolls, no benifits 2nd party employees festival fest,no guarantee security job , no guarantee notice period salary giving or not, no guarantee giving relieving letter....so better take onroll job yokogawa other wise not join job
