The best part about zycus is people can able to get the chance to work on multiple technology they can get the chance to implement new things in project if that will be helpful for organization. My overall experience with zycus is very good.

No such cons for me.

Work life balance is there but not always. Nobody will force you to login after your shift get complete.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
