Work life balance can be achieved if you're smart and political about it. Too much politics though.

They try to get you the lowest offers. More than 100% salary disparity for same role. Negligible increments. Too much office politics. The manager's gossip miners get the promotions.

Flexible work timings. Tech stack is fine. Onboarding was smooth and automated.

Dislikes

No proper work environment and work life balance. Bad management. No appreciation and compensation even after working hard. Unexpected lay offs.

...mend you to join here. Once you join, you can never reach any HR about anything. No one replies to any texts, calls or emails even when it's about important things like salary deductions. There's no one to reach out. Too many blockers for you to get the work done and then it's blamed on you No Constructive feedback No transparency Too much drama and ego issues among some senior team members Overall not recommended

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It is good company. There are lots of things for learn. Nice atmosphere

The company always welcomes innovative ideas and ready to adopt the latest technology but one issue I can see is that no special training is given to the employee for skill development although its a startup one can learn multiple things. If we talk about the appraisal part it was pretty unsatisfying until the time I worked there. Job security is average but career growth can't be seen so far.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but appraisal disappoints too much and on the other side if I talk about travelling so again no trips are organised by anyway. And also no bonus and incentives are given which discourages the hardworking and dedicated employees of the company at the end of the year.
