1.Commitment of appraisal in 6 month of joining.But in actual they do after 15 months. 2.No worklife balance/No fun activities/No health benifit(Mediclaim/ESI)/ No overtime. 3.Seniority issue , no appraise to individuals idea. 4.No proper working enviornment. 5. Whatever rise in yearly appraisal you have to pay before leaving the company. 6. 3 months notice period, but want immediate joining. 7. Have to work only on developed projects. No new projects, No IJP. 8. No Cafeteria, Lunch on roof in all seasons.

1) 90 Day Notice Period 2) No extra allowances apart from fixed in hand salary 3) Pathetic working culture 4) No work life balance 5) Poor Management and HR Policies e.g. No Paid leaves allowed during probation period 6) 18 to 24 months Bond for freshers 7) Too much office politics 8) No Tea or Coffee 9) Only selected people get credit for the work done

Initially I was excited to get an opportunity to work here. But just after few months, realised that joining here was biggest mistake. Head of the company thinks as if he is the most intelligent person in the world. He has A habit of taunting people every now n then for no reasons. Instead of being supportive he behaves like a anarch.

Dislikes

...a single word of appreciation. They just know how to demotivate their employees. Neither they a good pay structure nor A Healthy HR policy.

... "School Like" timings, they specifically focusses on the Task they've provided. But yes there is an issue of salary hike and growth, if you are manager's favourite, you'll get a hike, if not then you need to suffer on your own.

Everything also finance executive job is very company specific labour intensive and you will have to work on weekends also the offer letter mention that the weekly offs are upto your company demand meaning that if your manager wants then only you will get weekly off also very toxic manager and very bad work also manager can keep a meeting beyond your shift timings
