In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. There is no any bonus like diwali & other bonus and apperisalif you ask they can directly rejecting there is no policy of any bonus in our organization.

Dislikes

HR response, bonus and apperisal salary delay on every month as per promise date from 1 year of experience only 2 time I received salary on time.

...hra is 800 another is 1100 next time they put hra 1100 and another one as 800. After 10 years also they give salary nonsense u dont get what market is upto.

Dislikes

This is such a shikaslad company who dont pay salary upto the mark. After 3 years also you will have same salary. And if u leave company before a month of notice period they give FnF only 2000 rupees there is no travelling allowance of past 4 months nor anything.
