well in this company i saw very friendly employees feels good to talk with them .work culture is nice everything is good except salary for fresher ,good company for learning new skills. best company to start your carrier .

This is a best company to learn and grow and work culture also best in compare to other companies where I work previously, salary part is not that satisfied but at the same time they are supporting to learn and no unwanted pressure like Big MNCs do.

Dislikes

Everything is good but if you are expecting to much like extra Perks and benefits like Birth day celebration, Outing or parties then will dissatisfy.

Co-workers are good. Work-life balance is top notch and flexible work hours.

Dislikes

Management does not want to grow. Appraisals are not in timely manner and it is very upsetting. No such benefits for the employees. Not a very process oriented company.

AHI considers each employee as the part of their family , the best work life balance makes this perfect place to work .

There is nothing to dislike about AHI , Just suggestion to make it more better -AHI has conducted many training and skills development programs for the employees in the past , that was very helpful and it should be conducted more frequently in future.However it’s a big challenge after the pandemic but gradually we can start this again. Anyone reading this can shoot there ideas and suggestions .

Good to start your career, people are of helping nature, friendly environment and good learning curve for freshers.

Dislikes

Salary appraisal and hiking policy is not appropriate. Recruitment policy is also poor. No transportation or food offers by company.
