They do not offer any training and expect you to learn and start working on your own. Later, they place you under a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), and even after completing it, they claim you haven’t achieved 100%. Eventually, they pressure you to resign voluntarily.

Team members are very helpfull and very friendly. Thanks to the team for the help that u have given me.

...velopment knoledge. He used to make very ierelevant statments to the employees.The company will not pay you the salary in time and it will also not pay the last moth salary if u resign from the company. All the above is done with me and some others.

Micromanagement, not supportive colleagues and higher post sinior. Pressure you too much. They will give you no training just pressure to work according to them. And most importantly timing. They will force you to work 12,15 hr in a day while staying at office.

This is the best place to initiate your carreer as a developer. You can be a full stack developer while working with Aashdit . Very excellent team and management, very cooperative. They will give you chances after chances to enhance your skills and to focus on work.

Dislikes

Overally aashdit is a good company to work but if you want a work and life balance then you will be little disappoint because you will have some work pressure. And one more point the delivery timing is very less.
