No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 20-24 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Mainly salary provide very low, no any allowance provide company ,you work let night work or extra work but no any allowance give company, no any incentive, and not any facilities. Deduction part of bonus cut your salary and give bonus.

Salary Credited in account timely.

Dislikes

...r salary 25 k in hand then they will take your 25 CTC and all deduction in that. This type of incident not happened with me but also with most of employees how doesn't check salary structure before signed joing letter. Please check your salary structure before join huge deduction is there. They are deducted 2 parts PF amount from our CTC.
