So many things to dislike like too much work pressure, spoiled personal life, everyday working hours go around 12 to 13 hour Behave like Labour zero job security.Some times Sunday working also.

Salary on time, Company is good, but HOD are only after money.

Dislikes

Top management decesion making Not able to handle the HOD. Politics at site. Cunning HOD only want to earn from vendor. Favartisim at site. Not clear with the role and responsibilities. HOD only forwarding assignment and only want to be in limelight. They don't want their juniors that they learn or Mingle with other departments staff.

Matches the industry salary, great team members to guide you through complex transactions, flexible timings, good office environment. Exposure to various business lines and verticals.

Sometimes the promotions are stagnated.
