Good things for the company are very less in Solar projects negligible as compared to bad things. Good thing is only the job security and IJP.

Dislikes

1. Poor and toxic work culture 2. Growth opportunities are not well and not equal for all. 3. Imbalance between work and personal life. 4. Site management is not fair to all employees. Only some of top management persons create this kind of toxic work culture.
