...ch innovation is required in work - mostly repetitive work, Bad HR Policies, Bad compensation benefits for non-backend software engineers and to get good appraisals to need to constantly impress managers or boast as there is no regular 1:1 feedback Restricted timings for playing(Pool, Foose Ball, TT) in the office No WFH (during covid too). Office politics leading to low appraisals (have to wait till Apr for increments - even to get it revised) No stock options The company getting funding but still no use for employees - other than jackets and sweets 5th Saturdays are working

...any too work with.They have six days working weeks but without any compensation.Also the salary they offer is really less.Management here is terrible.Hr group consider themselves as superior which is slowly degrading technical part.They believe on hire and fire.No job security is here.Above all that there are only few people who are working rest all are just worrying what to do.90 percent of people leave job after 6 months due to its bad working environment.Only few people stays.People here are really rude.Work life balance is zero.Better join others if you have offer with dont go with this company even salary is more.
