I can learn latest technologies and I am working in mysore . In Mysore team all seniors helped me a lot and I learnt database,APIs and frontend integration.. In covid time also I got so many opportunities to learn they given me separate project to do alone they assigned me one person to clarify a doubt in coding .. it helps me lot to learn development. This is the best company to start our carrier

Nothing is there to dislike .. if salary get increment it will be very helpful

Unfortunately, the top management, particularly the CEO of the company lacks approachability and open-mindedness. Decisions often seem to be made based on one-sided information without proper validation, leading to a culture of mistrust, even toward long-tenured employees. There's a noticeable internal politics, micromanagement with leadership seeking to control every detail rather than empowering teams. Career advancement is limited, with less promotions and professional growth. Job security is a biggest concern, they can ask you leave any fine day without any further notice. Many had faced this kind of situation even senior people.

I started my career as a fresher and faced some initial challenges , but with the support of my seniors and colleagues, I gained Valuable knowledge and confidence. I'm grateful to have received a proper recognition from my company for my growth and contributions.

I did not enjoy anything about working at Aezion. It felt like a complete waste of the effort I put in, with little to no recognition or opportunities for growth. The work environment lacked support, making it difficult to stay motivated.

Micromanagement with no independence. No trust from leadership or colleagues. No job security; frequent "hire and fire." Overloaded with multiple projects, causing burnout. No work-from-home options. Toxic environment with poor communication. Lack of team bonding. Minimal recognition for hard work. No growth or development opportunities. Inconsistent expectations from management.

I am sharing about Aezion for you to choose your suitable matching company. Aezion is a class 3 IT company with small development setup. Good for juniors and those willing to switch to IT. Once got experience you can try for standard companies. Generally private company culture followed.

Dislikes

They dont follow morals anywhere, like SE will select the Lead profiles or whoever senior in the company lead others, not by their skill or experience. HR does not follow ethics after you join, lack of operational tools. Doing in uncertain way is the norm. Choose Aezion as per your current situation and based on your experiences, but it may works for you.
