No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Everything.. work culture very disappointed, for a day sick leave they will cut 4k from salary .. not cooperative, not helpful, managers are very rude , don’t know how to talk with the staff, treated like you are slave , only one week off , no overtime salary, cant change your week off from other staff.., harassing the staff in a meeting or anywhere anytime by managers.

Sick leave 12 we have for name sake I take 1 sick leave 2000/- deduction on salary if took 2 sick leave 4000/- if we took 3 sick leave in 3 months then 8000/- complete gone.

Work life is not good No proper planning of rosters Staff donno if the applied leaves are approved or not We won’t know what will my shift tmrw till today afternoon or evening. Basically if u are trying to join army but u didn’t get selected…. Then join AirAsia 😂 This is for ppl who are married- Get ready for everyday fights with your wife as you wont get proper time to spend with your family😂

Zero work life balance Salary is deducted even for 12 basic sick leave After sick leave the company also deducts our upcoming offs considering the sick leave as our off. We as cabin crew, our voices are not being heard. There is no salary increment as much as it should’ve been since covid happened
