My opinions are based for Ajanta International - Andheri. The office Infrastructure, Annual increment percentage, entry package negotiations, except sometimes no taking your work to home, Sat-Sun complete weekoff. Big vision friendly screens are offered apart from laptop to save your eyes from strain and blue light along with external keyboard and mouse if required.

Dislikes

Employee policies need to be worked a lot. Your whole salary is taxable and their are no components like sodexo, uniform to save you from taxes. You have only 24 paid leaves + 12 govt holidays annually. Punching time has now 2 hours bracket, previously it was only 15 mins. If you are late > 3 times a month your half day salary will be deducted. They have strict 9 hours/ day working policy. Even a deviation of single minute will cost you a half day. At the end you enjoy working wherever on the planet if your boss is good and supportive. I left company due to my toxic boss.

AXELAR DIVISION HAS HIRED THE PEOPLE WHO HAD ALREDY FIRED FROM HIS PREVIOUS ORGANISATION.Mr.MRIGRAJ WHO WAS IN CIPLA FIRED DUE TO STOCK ADJUSTMENT .ALSO 2 TIME WARNINGG FROM VP IN INDIA BULL,LASTLY IN MYLAN WHO WAS REDHANDEDLY CAUGHT DOING STOCK PUSH TO NEPAL AND PERIPHERY.HE IS HAVING OWN BUSINESS OF ORNAMENTS CONSTRUCTION ETC.DOES NOT HAVE INTEREST TO WORK .ALWAYS SAW MOBILE FOR STOCK TRADING .NEVER CHECK PROPER MAIL .NEVER CONVEY THE NEED OF THE EMPLOYEE .AND SHOW HE KNOWS EVERY THIS.HOW AJANTA IS KEEPING SUCH KIND OF EMPLOYEE .............SINCE LAST 12 YRS IN BIHAR BUT NOT A SINGLE DR KNOWS HIM.

Products are good in axelar div. Salary is good. But zsm is just caring their own peoples who come from same company. They all are fraud. Even key account manager (Individual working) has working as senior manager. One ABM has his own catering service. Just a fraud team.

Dislikes

A bunch of fraud are joined from modi mundipharma. They are operating their own business also including ZSM and ABM. As they have fired from modi mundipharma during their monthly meeting. Same will be going to done here in future. Without checking their profile how a company can appoint them?

Maintain proper cleaning, maintain proper guidance for work, workers are supportive.

Dislikes

Political culture, avoid your problem , my over time not approved till 2 months, work load and less salary, bad manej ment for planer.

There is freedom to work and the coordination between the departments for any related work is very good and job security also good.

Dislikes

... no provision and policy for accidental insurance etc. There is no bonus system. The salary structure is not good for the fresher candidates as per their qualification.
