...e ME has resigned from the company then why did he do so without further notice. ZBM also does not pay attention to what the actual problem of ME is and considers the report of DSM as the final report.

Salary adjustment, target has to be achieved from BU head to MR , every month one part of salary has to be contribute to the stockist for stocks lifting.

Incentive deducted if stockist 1day late from from outstanding date, company got got full payment 1day later, but all quater hardwork of sale employee will waste in terms of incentive, so i request to you please look in to this matter,
