...nd iti holders . Not for diploma and other educations. Very much disappointment. They are not even giving any bonus in festival season.. they want only production.. they don't even care about trainee.

Good startup for fresher's and also for experienced persons ...80 % office work for Onroll Employees...Worlds 2nd no leading connector manufacturing company...No rotational shift only general shift except some department .

U will not be permanently for any fix department ..There will be some chances to change your department internally and No bonus in diwali but instead of that there will be other allowances in year

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 yr before which you cannot resign .
