Salary, Late Night Work on Month Ends. Lack of Management, Employees with 15+ yrs dont contribute much and too much burden on New Joiners, Lack of Training as Managers expects you to know complex things when joined as a fresher.

The work culture is pathetic, Especially Hr is not cooperative offered salary and received salary has huge gaps, seniors never help you, very poor decisions made in. No team support.

Lot of politics and management does not address the issues, people are not bound to change, worst is they chew tobacco or pan masala and spit in dustbin in front of other people.

Provides compensation leave if work on holiday. Easy to take leaves. Got different taste of roles in same team. learnt so many things. Colleagues are very supportive. Location at very nice city Jodhpur.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address employee issues. Salary offer is decent but career growth is slow. No values of honest and hardworking people.
