...good manager. The office is comfortable (Batumi), people there are nice as well. My salary is satisfactory.

My experience here is good, but l can speak for only my office, my team and me department.

No job security and mostly because of micro management you can't survive in this. It's a new company so they had to improve on many areas. Salary will be credited in between 6th to 10th( major impact for those who have EMI) payroll company is different. No employee ID, no id card. If you are shifting from big 5 mnc then u will laugh at these functionalities

I m kinda new here, I already see that the general atmosphere in the office is quite friendly, and the community is professional and supportive - I always receive help from my senior coworkers. Since the company is large, some inner processes are a bit complicated, still they were clearly explained to me (without toxic vibes,like it was in my previous job place). The majority of the people I already talked to work on really interesting projects, some of them are for cool and famous brands.

First and foremost, Andersen provides a great base for employees development and growth as a professional, this includes different courses and intership programs including form scratch, personal professional development plans with goals set, assessments, internal portal with accumulated knowledge, educatuonal meetups and conferences. Second, there are many activities and roles that allow you to gain diverse experience and are additionally paid in the form of bonuses. Third, the management demonstrates care for employees well-being and work-life balance, provides help and support in issues like relocation.

Dislikes

Sometimes your customer in a different time zone and you can talk to them only in the evening.

Large projects, also for cool clients, different additional roles like mentoring or resourse management, a lot of support from management, paid bench, reliability of the company in general, good relationships within the team with collegues

Too few conference rooms at the office (at least mine)
