No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

...For you the one who worked really hard had yo wait for years for designation. # If ur pay is high according to company standards and if project winds up they will just like that remove you. Let it be user, qc manager same rule for everyone. Poor job security #Every six month or an year a vp will be hired, Who does anything just to be in limelight. And yu hav to do al the ideotic things they say. #To much managememt staffing. Eg a manager will have a maximum of 10 to 12 reporting to him. Most team leads hav 5 to 6 ppl reporting to them. What will a manager or lead will learn with this strength. For night caller strength of 100 plus they are ave of 20 plus managers and leads. #They will hire n numbers of managers, agm, gm etc. Yu will get paper easily. But rem if yu relieve frm here yu cannot learn anything and more company's wont even consider the paper. # No cab, No insurance, No proper food, No snacks in night break [ Cab for female emp that for drop alone ]. Tea and marie gold Will be provided only on time. 12.30 to 1 pm. # There are more than 200 plus biling companies in chennai. This is not a place for whoever reading this.

And as per my knowledge the company will not relive a employee their ultimate goal was to terminate that too near to the salary date they only the company will have you one month salary as profit. #Every six month or an year a vp will be hired, Who does anything just to be in limelight. And yu hav to do al the ideotic things they say. #Also here there are 3 sets of internal politics was there if you reporting to one group the other two group will corner you and send you out without a reason. # No cab, No insurance, No proper food, No snacks in night break [ Cab for female emp that for drop alone ]. Tea and marie gold Will be provided only on time. 12.30 to 1 pm. # Hr will say company is growing and all stories please don't believe. Also they will say incentive plan was implemented but still now none of the team users seen incentive and management team haven't set any slab for incentive. # There are more than 200 plus biling companies in chennai. This is not a place for whoever reading this and don't spoil your time and carrier. Finally don't refer your friends and enemies to this company.

Our manager of team is very nice peraon. We are call him Anna. Starting salary is very low. Training process is just two week and we have to learn it. Some senior are cheaply behave that like take easy file and assign hard files to freshers. This is not a problem but also assing they are not able to do the file to us .

Company provide food but worst company they will not provide salary correctly for proper worker also. They will hire lot of people with attractive salary bonus. Within 3 month the company fire out the employees

Everything. Office full of politics. SVP-DEVI be careful with her.she is head for HR,OPS,QUALITY AND training. She hold grudges if you say anything even as a small suggestion. She will fire people and promote people in favor. She hold CEO in finger tips, CEO belives her because of the long standing senior leader. Hell fire breezes when you compare to work for her. This organisation don't like new ideas and only the people with last chance and no option joins here. I joined as learning opportunities, I had a great GM later he was asked to leave. Then they asked me to leave after joining in 3 months.
