Mumbai VBSL Project: 1) Salary on 7th date of every month but other site it will be credited on 20th of every month. 2)Mess deductions about 2.5k in our salary. 3) Free bachelor accommodation. But some of employees got Family accommodation too. 4) Sunday Workoff 5) Mainly it's a Good project.

Dislikes

1)Most disadvantage is they don't provide your experience letter Even you serve notice period and if your in notice period you will only get Basic salary of your CTC but not sure. 2) Working hours: morning 8am to Evening 7pm 3) if u took a leave on date of 5th to 8th then your previous month salary will be held by admin department. After returning job only you will get your previous month salary. 4) if your going outside in working hours they will register your timings.

Nothing at all, except the salary on time, but that was also only on our Project, on other project of APCO across the country, salary timing also a problem.

Dislikes

Everything in APCO is to dislike. Company have proper LALA Company Culture. Non Tech people sitting in the office, who don't know the ABC of construction industry and taking decisions like weather we have to use RCD or RIG. Company's down fall has started. HR and Admin is over powered and making rule as per their convenience. There is no respect of Technical Experienced Person. Better to avoid this APCO.

HR policies: Some employees say that the company's HR policies could be improved. Fooding: Some employees say that fooding is costly. No house rent: Some employees say that the company does not provide house rent.

Company working approach don't have any professionalism. Salary will get as per the commitment, always one month salary will be in their hand

...rt out any issue. They will refer to HO, and in HO nobody will pickup your call. They will provide only salary that it, don't expect anything from them.

Apco Infratech is one of the reputed companies of India. The company pays a lot of attention to its faculties and skill development.

As the company's salary timing is very late. Job security is also not very good
