1. The company is well known to attract the Saudi national and have high salaries for the drilling operation departments especially the senior and manager levels 2. Rig have the best caravans for sleepers for the new rigs. 3. The best company for fresh graduates.

Dislikes

...ucture Turn-over company type hard to follow who is who assigned for the rig. 6. Salary ladder is low for all department (except some expat with high profiles passports from foreign countries). 7. HR department are working but miscommunication with rig personnel and under appreciated some times.

Likes

The strong Training system they have for graduate and senior a like to adopt to the work environment fast.

Dislikes

Office toxic culture, discrimination by religion, weak management support to the rig field in front the client, client first employee last, Blame culture, "Do what i said" culture, paper work at the rig and the office, very weak/ or non existence management system, Audits at rig site by on monthly to weekly basis in the rig site to the extent you can't carry out your routine work.

Facilities they're providing to employees in terms of medical insurance & flight tickets + rotation

Dislikes

Every admin is working with HR & Hr are having 2 days week off friday & Saturday, but admins are working complete 7 days without week off , & especially in these 2 days 1 day should be day off for admins to relax because nobodyin Headoffice to report, everyday 12 hour duty gives a person more stress & frustration break is very important.

One of the best company ever I worked in good culture, safety, job satisfaction Timely get payment.

Dislikes

Company wasting lot of energy, money in upper management which not necessary Upper management does not know what going on in lower level. So many employees in HO which is not necessary Promotion and appraisal in third person hand which is not correct.

Based on my experienced, It has a good overall rating. Good means satisfaction.

Dislikes

After all I had served the company to best of my ability and capability. The company can easily put a crew on suspension. And it's unfair and unjust.
