See who you looking this in this cmny there is one good thing you get your salary on time but other things like any emergency situation in family , issues with work, issues with increments, issues with Hr department like this things no body I'll help you bcz this not a cmny problem this bcz of the people who working in administration also make sure your salary which is suitable for you designation don't believe in overtime only focus for good basic salary before coming to cmny writing and get what you need from cmny ask in interviews. Don't come for lower salaries bcz after you comes it will never increases.

Not good company for North Indian people or Hindi speaking people this company good only for Kerala and Tamil people they are everywhere in the company and not listen to your problem

Poor management, poor work culture, poor safety standards , HSE department kept for name sake , they don't have authority or they are controlled by operation. Camp facilities are worse ( only 2 or 3 camps in entire company is good) Food is of poor quality Vacation only after completing 2 years , emergency leave is a big task and difficult to process Company policy is worse and they are violating basic Saudi labor law itself. Only uneducated and slave get appraisal , bonus increment , no value for educated people. Every body are treated like labors including engineers who are hired. This is suitable for labors as this is a pure labor company. There is problem with over time . There is no more over time in this company.

Management, work culture. This company is a pure labor company with no respect /value for staff or engineers.there is no scope or work for engineers.there is no authority for HSE staff , they are kept for name sake in this company. They will be working under operation , they are not independent (though they have separate department) this company violates labor law.people working here are like slave , vacation only after 2 years.if you do slavery , you may get promotion.
