Offer Decision
Hi, I've got two offers from DTCC and AT&T as java full stack engineer. I have 3.6 years of experience entirely in java full stack. Which offer to choose based on company culture and benefits. AT&T is offering more compared to DTCC. I want to decide based on long term benefits and culture.

Salary comes on time.

  • Work-life balance - Good

Diversity is overlooked... Just male female diversity is there in only some departments. Cultural diversity is totally miss managed. Employee engagement is poor. If your boss is Chinese, like Chinese items you (if Indian) won't last long in organisation. Promotions is the things is out of question. Some departments where the job openings are there prefer to hire family members and discourage the internal movement of staff..Zero job security.. zero sponsorship for futher skill development..bosses do not encourage skill development.
