Management thinking employee are servant, they purchased your sole by giving salary, they can ordered you to work on leave days,Sunday and any other holiday even they can ordered you to work at midnight 1 am. And you should leave your family because don’t have any personal or family life.Many Employees don’t even know products what’s they are selling, reporting managers are just a remote control of regional and zonal managers, reporting managers duty is yes sir no sir, and work pressurising their subordinates, and when it’s come to travel you will feel your self as a truck driver, but I have scene many vintage employees they are serving for long how they managed I completely shocked, maybe there time the working culture was not like that, but now days I am sure if any one luckily servibe here for 1 or 2 years then they will hate all private jobs and they become disaster. One last thing those who are saying companies paying us for our work I want to told them companies don’t paying us for destroying our precessional and personal life and working at midnight. That kind of mangers should be terminated and revalued and restructured companies working culture.

...y it's 6days a week and month end 7days a week now working hours sales timing 9.30am to 7/8pm then policy issuance it's goes upto 1am, then again next day area manager always talking about work on Sunday, if anyone take a leave manager will tell do existing work, then what is the meaning of leave I don't know, now come to the travel part 1/3 salary will goes on the travel, personal life will be destroyed after joining here work pressure like pressure cooker every day conference call after work and tempting your performance not up to the mark in short your family will leave you bcz of not giving family time

My first job started at Bagic only first I joined DM team on 18th Feb 2016 and I have passed On roll exam and moved to Pvt Banca team 20th august -2018 over all very experience in bagic its wonderful company .

I am 6.5years old in the company and I have achieved all parameters but every year I got bad rating and my package also less ....so I am not happy with this ...

Salary structure is so poor,not secure job.This is commission/insentives/pay out based job.I am sorry to say now a days all insurance companies became a broker based job.You can give payout to brokers for each & every policies.
