Culture and leadership is shit. Development and learning is stagnant. Policies are bogus, they get changed any time.

NO work life balance. You are expected to be available to work 20 hours a day and all 7 days of the week, no exceptions. HR will tell you that two Saturdays (and all Sundays) of a month are off. But once you join, your boss will call you to work on all Saturdays and some Sundays. If you dont like it, you can quit. If you make a small mistake or can't complete your work in the unreasonable target deadline, you will be shouted at and verbally abused, loudly, in front of multiple colleagues. And, dont even think about asking for vacation days. By policy you get 36 leaves per year. Practically, you may get 2 or 3. Also, no work from home, at all, for anyone, in any circumstances. Need i say more ?

Somewhere they make policy for there cost cutting nature, they push first to make new business locations and then took away those area from u by new employe set there in low amount because location giving profit than kick the employe who develop it because they cant afford any more.

Everything no job security if you are hired for a operations job on a low salary you can be moved to Sales.Sab chatne me lage rahte hai ek dusre ki backbite karke.No leaves granted on even Sundays.

... bosses. They only use abusive language. Forcefully ask your junior for funding. 70% salary goes in funding.

Work culture pathetic. No personal life. Uneducated people Work there. Maximum regional manager level employee have fake degree. No Sunday
