People who have been working for yrs like Govt employee and think they own the company and in a away they do so by manipulating the HR. even the highest level of HR dont take any action against any complaint filled by female employee, irony being most of the HR in Bajaj are female

Compensation you gets you salary on time. That's it.

No work life balance, no Holiday, not even Sunday, even on National holiday such as Independent day we are asking to work from home, no timeing of work hour, it starts from morning 9:00 until your work for the day is done, it hardly end before 10:00 pm. HR team are toothless people they don't have any say on employees welfare.

Working Environment, misbehaviour, poor work life balance, there is no working time in the company and many more things which I don't like about them.

Hostile Work Environment: My time at Bajaj Finserv was marred by an excessively hostile work culture. The pressure was relentless, and employees were expected to work grueling hours, often exceeding 12 hours a day. Ineffective Complaint Handling: Despite repeated attempts to raise concerns through the HR department, there was no support or resolution provided. My complaints about the toxic work environment and the behavior of Seema Poptani, the national lead of the credit card department, were consistently dismissed. Forced Termination: It became apparent that the company had a systematic plan in place to terminate employees before March, further adding to the stress and uncertainty among the workforce. Dismissive Response from Management: Even after escalating complaints specifically about Seema Poptani's behavior, there was no acknowledgment or support from management. It felt like the company prioritized its survival over addressing employee grievances. Demeaning Treatment: Employees, including myself, were subjected to disrespectful language and demeaning treatment, creating an intolerable work environment. Challenges in Seeking Redressal: Despite exploring avenues for complaint resolution, such as filing a complaint with FITE, the process seemed daunting and ineffective due to the lack of support from the company's management. In conclusion, my experience at Bajaj Finserv was deeply disappointing and stressful due to the toxic work environment and the company's failure to address employee concerns. I caution anyone considering employment with the company to be aware of these issues, as they can have a significant impact on one's well-being and job satisfaction.

Every thing I like working with Bajaj whether it is work culture, Growth & Opportunities, Job Security, Compensation & Benefits, Work Life Balance and Skill Development and Learning. This all gives me Job Satisfaction. When we talk about Bajaj Work Culture then let me tell you it's a target oriented Company. Here we have to means we have to achieve every month target then only all the above mentioned things will be on placed.
