Zero work life balance. Zero Satisfaction. Work culture is very very bad. Employee se sara kam lete he fir bhi koi Value nahi he. Job security is not here. Any time job se nikal Sakte he. Not Recommended to anybody.

There a lot of work for everyone so I got to work on multiple projects .

Dislikes

-No fixed working hours. -Improper payout (No pay parity). -Favouritism in annual appraisal. -Improper work load distribution( in a same team someone is given almost to do more than 50% of work and other 3-4 people are given rest 30-40 % of work ) Troubling the highest reforming resources.

Bajaj Finance is a very bad company in which if you do not get your loan approved your salary will be deducted and there is no permanent job then you can be fired from your job and they also deduct your salary the day you cannot pay the loan then you will not get your salary my manager was Akash Kumar Kar team leader/senior very bad person 😡😡😡😡

...s pressurized in night for insurance They don't follow any lunch time rules ... As per pressure disburse the loan if some mishappen, and customer deny to pay then its cashier responsibility for recovery of that loan Many more to tell like their slave type salaried structures they make the CTC OF 30-40% ARE AS FIXED VARIABLE INCENTIVE thats a big loss for us, when we apply somewhere they ask the main ctc thats too low , when we done something wrong while doing task they cut the incentive which are a false part of CTC.

Salary will be high and 25% of variable pay will assigned in that 100% will be given for sure.

Dislikes

1) 0% or (-0%) worklife balance. 2) Micromanagement. 3) 5 days office with alternate saturdays as it is a banking sector. 4) Unrealistic Deadlines as it is their own product no one cares. 5) Their designation structure is different no where in the outer world it's relevant. 6) Toxic Culture. 7) Forget Sleep, health and family. Guys these above mentioned points true to the core of my heart. I am not lying !
