just one thing that was good there was salary on time.

everything was bad, so much of pressure. all time call of seniors for sales and cross sell. 4-5 google meetings in a day. no HR policy, there was no place where you can say anything about what you are suffering from. All will only give you is pressure, if you complaint for someone they will fire you, no job security, no week offs in seasons you have to go 3 months regular. you cant complain. whenever they can call you to HO no matter what the time is.

Literally nothing was good in there. At the time of joining, they are not properly disclosing about the leave, timing, salary or anything. But after joining they start torturing like using abusive words, harassment, forcing to carry your own laptop even if you are coming to office. No work life at all... forcing to for atleast 11-12 days, and not even single week holiday are allowed, if you take leave even if one sunday then salary will deduct. Also manager and the upper management person indirectly seeking or wanting to harass or physical benefit from the female employees just for the log-in of files of insurance or loan. As a female employee i will never refer any other female employees to join there and ruin your life. Also even after the resignation they are not providing the proper salary,conveyance and telephone reimbursement.

...urity is important part but it is depend you how to work with your organistaion. They have good incentive plans and salary is also average. I also gain lot of experience from Bajaj Finserv because this one is my first job and company in my life. And about work environment so i was feeling like corporate. About work life-balance so it is parallel. So finally it was good time, experience and had a good platform with Bajaj Finserv.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, The work pressure is high. Sometimes i have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Only company giving Salary on time. This is only good thing.

Zero work life balance. Zero Satisfaction. Work culture is very very bad. Employee se sara kam lete he fir bhi koi Value nahi he. Job security is not here. Any time job se nikal Sakte he. Not Recommended to anybody.
