...e work if this question was asked 1 year before but that's not the case anymore. So, right now, the only good thing is you get your salary on time, of course after various manipulative cuts.

Where should I start: the list is endless. It's a continuous mental trauma to be a part of this company. The worst part is the management - it's full of unclarity, manipulation, and hiding everything from each other. I am not even sure how they are still in business. Everyone works here on show off - they don't want to do real work. I believe it's because management does not need real work, they need highlighters. People in leadership are often the inefficient relatives of the shareholders and their only work is making the simple processes traumatic. HR process is extremely unfriendly for employees. If you join here, stay prepared for your salary cut over petty issues and revised policies.

...ment was supportive. Got fair chances to create new activities and initiatives. Salary was competitive.

Dislikes

Extreme interference, politics, and insecurity at the top level. Some departments didn't have a voice. Needs a complete overhaul and change in sentiment at the top about how departments can work together, and not set each other up to fail. Certain processes are also missing.

Basically the good things in this company is salary and payroll are consistently positive apart from this mention in dislike section.

Dislikes

Working at a company with no job security and no learning or skill development opportunities can be a very frustrating and disheartening experience.

...hour of work should be logged in Excel sheet with description and exact timings. They'll cut salary for no reason. Too much micromanagement.
