In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

You will learn about US mortgage domain

...monitired for every seconds. No liberty at all. No new technology learning here. Before joining you will be shown good Package hikes, bonus etc but after joining you will get peanuts. You will also has to repay the bonus before leaving for that particular quarter. There is a strict time management system. And lots more to reveal. My advice is if you are not getting jobs and sitting idle for multiple years then join at your own risks. This not a MNC like culture. You will forget about what is life and how it can be balanced with family. After leaving you will have poor chance to get a new job as others will be technically advanced and you only have the domain knowledge that you have been assigned
