It is a great place to work in terms of work culture, very supportive management and great boss! One can learn a lot as there is always work pressure. Colleagues are very respectful and cooperative.

...s are anyway 6 days working but 8 hours shift is always extended to 10-11 hours. Compensation is dissatisfying for the amount of work done and experience.

Even it’s a private hospital but you can learn a lot via great exposure as patient flow is too much. Enough supplies to improve your skills Supportive team members Time hours flexible though vary team to team Great food for lunch and dinner Have power to make decisions at RMO level, vary team to team Lot to develop skills like patient diagnosis, procedural skills, communication skills and many more.

Less salary More work Paid meal Expensive self treatment even though it’s 50% off but it’s expensive for staff Floor wise distribution departments not there so have to constantly move up and down no stairs for every patient call over 7 floors , this is the worst thing Staff nurses are new and mostly from south and north east, leading lot of work delay and work efficiency.

No proper breakup of salary...CTC being calculated in different manner..no hierarchy . Every decision changes too fast. Family business so all are involved in every matter.at end as a employee you don't know where r u standing

My salary which they kept on hold after my resignation that salary they did not pay to me. Yaseer sir from HR is not cooperative with the staff and not ready to solve issues of me Still my 15 days salary is pending. I gave my resignation on 1 april
