Work life balance, promotion, salary hike, work satisfaction all depends on your manager and not the company. But there is no feedback mechanism for a manager from his/her teammates. Therefore they can play around according to their wish. Bosch should realy consider this point seriously

Dislikes

BGSW overall is a great place to work. But there should be some regulations on Internal teams/group. To take care that there is no breach in bosch ethics

HR Manager is treating HR assistant as a office boy and house keeper and they give the value for only blue collar people and training is also not providing they just used and throw out of the company eventhough am MBA student.

Dislikes

This company is not linked certain contractors they will pay the stipend so this company won't care about this kind of workers just used and throw them out from the company

Positives are 1. Variable Pay based on Company Performance which is always more than 100% & it is pro-rated paid even if resigned mid year (such good policy not there in any other company I come across ) 2. Work load balance is good. Recent times it's been changing because of too much agile. Still compared to most other companies work load balance is very good. Leaves are also not restricted most times. 3. Excellent campus (Adugodi or Koramangala), full green environment. 4. Good onsite opportunities to EU(reduced recently though) 5. Friendly & decent (family oriented) colleagues. Toxic colleagues are very rare. 6. Employee portal or system is very good.

Dislikes

Dislikes are 1. 4-day work from office policy, very strictly monitored. This increases stress with travel time in Bangalore & reduces work life balance. 2. FCM tracking employees swipe on weekends & questioning / reporting to managers. Very odd - usually we are allowed 24/7 into campus but recently FCM dropping mails to managers on weekend swipes or asking us to keep informed make us feel restricted at our own bay. 3. Minor thing is most intelligent frameworks are deployed in Germany and later given out for maintenance. So we shall be little lucky to get a chance to work at core level developments.

Brand name, stable job, work life balance, good campus and office, good learning environment.

Dislikes

Slow, conventional, overly stability and perfection oriented. Most get pay of about 50% market value. Slow in adaption of technology
