    I don’t like anything in this company

    I’m an senior software engineer and I have terminated without notice and asked me to pay my joining bonus. I’m an permanent employee for Optum I have served for 11 months and with out any prior notice they terminated and no notice period and now immediate termination. It is not following any employee policies so,I don’t like this company anymore

    ... Once failed in PIP they remove you in one day without any compensation, if you came across PIP, before they start, you resign, so you will get 3 months for preparation. Never trust managers.
