Very vast company and intranet networks, its like there is a social media and YouTube kind of video blogging site within Bosch. This vast intranet data means you can have lot of things to explore and learn. Free food, breakfast, lunch, snacks. Good pantry facility for breaks.

There's nothing worth appreciating. RBEI or BGSW has incompetent and Unethical team leaders and managers who are making people leave organization or make life difficult.

Incompetent and unethical team leaders and managers. Salary is not as per market standards. Zero work life balance. RBEI just apes other organizations w.r.t facility, salary and other initiatives. These r name sake but not worth appreciating.

Management change is quiet often. Also in recent days a lot of salary difference for the laterals to the experienced close to 50-60% salary difference even they are new to the system. The experienced people are below the market average which leads to attrition.
