Rules and company policies does not apply equally If an employee is in the good books of his/her manager even if the employee doesn't work it won't matter. And the opposite is equally true. No scope for promotions Very hierarchical company and the Indian management is absolutely pathetic across all the departments

I would suggest. If you are beginner you can join. But for experienced don't join blindly. Ask the tech stack what they are using ask them to explain the current architecture of the there application. They miss lead you with tech stack. If you will come to know wheather they are aligned with technology what they advertising.

...people with technology. Since they are working on all legacy. No one is joining. They offer good salary with old technology

The tech stack is very good in most of the products. Appreciation based on work. Freedom to explore technologies and innovate atleast in some Line of businesses

Dislikes

Compensation could be better. Based on the amount of work it looks average to below average in some line of businesses Work life balance for some folks are pretty bad. favouritism towards some managers and promotion to them. Which they are not at all deserving. HR and finance team is always busy. You will not get quick responses when required urgently. If some of these things are taken care. It could become one of the best place to work.

Nothing good . They will offer you attractive salary and will fire you with in month.

No Job security. No HR policy. They will fire you without giving appropriate training. Do not join this Company as their is zero job security. Worst worst!!
