Taking sick leave results in absurd pay deductions, and the actual salary falls far short of the promised CTC in the offer letter. If you're desperate to join, demand a proper offer letter upfront; otherwise, I strongly advise against proceeding.Work life is a nightmare. Projects are scarce, and they shuffle you around roles as they please, disregarding your skills or preferences. Trying to get them to listen or make changes is like talking to a wall.

I have joined as fresh . And I am frontend developer . I got opportunity to learn but no proper project assigned. I only liked there flexible work timing

... ongoing project. We can't trust the co worker as well. Very worst experience. Hr are not at all responsible for employees query but they will deduction salary amount very nicely. In one team the manager is not good she is the one who hears to other guys and take decision. But brigosha support her only more vry worst experience.
