...between management, HR and leadership. they three act like GANDHI's 3 MONKEYs. All people are seating at top brass are just enjoying their salary parks no VISION no DIRECTION If you join this Org, it will be like you are riding a bus who's driver is BLIND. You will be haired at big pay (Bluff) and fired very silently wothout any prior notice. They will promise to give 3 months pay to support financially, But they actually do not do even you follow-up or call to HR team. You have to work all 7 days without any extra benefits. worst ....... worst...............worst..................worst company to Work.

This is one of the worst company for freshers, you will end up learning nothing. They called me randomly one day to tell me tomorrow is your last working day. They told me they don't have any projects for me. They never gave me the projects i was skilled for initially. I was the only earning member in my family. It was heart wrenching for me to be fired in just one day. They promised me the sum total of three months as the compensation I suppose. I didn't receive it yet. This was very unethical. If you have two or more offer letters to consider from, chose different on.

...ct. Suddenly, the hr team calls me and tells me tomorrow is my last working day. They at the time even said they will give three months pay at the end but didn't i haven't received it. Its hard for me to cope. If only they had given me some sort of waring or anything. The firing process was out right inhuman and them not paying me was even worst.

You get to learn absolutely nothing through your time at Bristlecone. Salary hike are like peanuts. A gentle warning to not join this company if one wants growth and want to do something good out of their life.

Nothing to like... Leadership hierarchy changed so changed the approach to growth

... matured. You will be laid off if you are on bench, lack of leadership strategy. Leadership are happy with their big pocket salary and enjoying their life as of this is last company until they get retire. No new projects ... adjusting and fooling employees with existing projects ... failed sales strategy. Failed to retain the customers (Many customers pulled out). You will be forced to work domastic projects and ask to travel to client places. once you at client place you will be in hostile situation as they sont allow to travel back until you complete the project work. many employees either run away from the location or resign. no benefits even though you work 24*7 no extra pay for (other than perdiem). no comp-off will provided if you work on Saturdays-Sundays or Holidays. HR policies suck, HR do not know anything about what is happening at the ground level, they just go with leadership on firing the employees. HRs are just puppets of leadership they dont bother about the employee concerns. HR working here Akshata Gadve/Nilanjana all are just act like messengers of leadership do not care to go down the loopholes, act like puppets. RMO team dont even have any kind of knowledge about the employee's competency and don't care about employee's aspirations they force employees to work on outdated/downgraded technologies (bcoz they do not have new clients/projects) RMO team is another leadership verticle that do not know what they have to do and how to put capable employee on the correct project and technology. they suck. Leadership is just wasting the budget/revenue by getting big pay. Many leaders here like Pravin/Anindya they do not have guts to take the firm decisions when it comes for client response they just act like puppet for clients. when it comes to employee layoff they act like very proactive. If you can't afford an experienced person and if you do not know how to utilize a capable employee then you do not desrve to stay at the leadership seat. If you stay on bench you will be laid off within 45 days. no new projects, you will be forced to work on downgrade technologies. No hopes to work/upgrade on the latest technologies. you will be pushed far behind the market requirement. M&M see this company as a loss in revenue so that M&M gets benefits in taxation.
