Salary deductions inspite of leave in hand. Overwrite the regular attendance by superiors. Poor client entertainments. Politics. Till not released settlement amount. Non professional sub contractor labours. Ete etc

Only on time Salary, rather than there is nothing to be like. Mr. Ravi Todi is a good Visionary Leader but sir, You should add Vigilance section in your company. Some people of your organization is not trust worthy.

Dislikes

1) Poor HR management section and bad HR policy, Note- There is no Sick Leave in this company, only you get 30 leave yearly after probation period ( Probation period may- 1 year) 2) There are some STD( Service till death) people work here- company things that they are the asset but they are eating the company from inside. 3) Safety Section is a joke in this company, They provide Job to a HSE person for complying with leagal compliance. 4) Few Incompetent Person setting at Top management in this company. Company should check There skills before giving them promotion. 5) Reimbursement may take 5-6 month for your travel expenses or you may not get that. 6) Promotion only given to credit chor & foot licking people. Few people creat a problem first by his own, after that they solve it to get credit. 7) There is no provision for training & upskill site employees.

Everything is very bad work culture and management policy is very horrible for junior employee Leg licking providing more benefit toxic environment senior employee has force to junior employee to made orders on high price and extra money will be received from vendor account to senior account and company higher management think those employees are very loyal specially md and ed but at the end those are the biggest cheater biggest liar biggest politician promotions depend on your leg licking capacity

Only thing that I liked here is salary by 10th of each month. Bonus cut from your CTC. 30days annual leave+ 12 holidays

Many dislikes 1.cheap minded top management. 2. Pathetic work culture. 3.poor HR only knows how to cut the salary. 4. Inter office department communication and alignment is total failure. 5. No rest in Sunday if you posted in site. 6. No work life balance. 7. Extreme pressure of work for those who work and rest all sleep and chill. 8.No added benifits. 9.Increment of 2-3% only. 10. No fooding allowance for those who work in Kolkata. 11. Unparliamentary slang words used by seniors if you done some mistakes. 12.Managements Listen to contractor over their own employee and have added faith on them to heavy their own pockets. 13.No encourage for fresh tallents. 14. No further but job available. Only 1-2 big job going. 15. Restricted learning and no self growth. I feel so bad in this company. If you need just a ordinary life to live may please join. This company is not for those who thing bigs and want to achieve more in carrier.
