In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. The office location is good

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is very much below industry avg. Have to work 9-11 hrs everyday. Management does not recognize talents or give any sort of trainings, they only want every employees to bring in revenue. Company work culture is terrible .. bureaucracy at it's peak with dependencies lying with people who are irrelevant to the business.. Not suited for individuals who are career oriented, wants to work in new age technology or wants to work in a start up environment. Probably think of coming to this company to while away few unproductive years in your career

Location of the Belapur office is very easy to reach, and no additional traveling is required from Belapur railway station, except by train.

Dislikes

No salary hike or competitive salary on promotion. They take someone from outside with a salary of 35k+ but for the same role will give you only 22-23k, if you are promoted internally.

Went for an interview. Really horrible experience. They made us wait for the whole day and took interview by 5 o'clock for just one minute and said no salary hike will be provided, they provide only 20k fixed. Got Fed-up by this company. So, experienced candidate don't go for an interview to CAMS it's totally waste of time. Worst company ever. Infrastructure so not good 🤦🏻‍♀️.
