I am writing this letter to provide a negative review of my former employer, Canberg Global Sourcing Pvt ltd. After working at this organization for 5 months, I regretfully resigned due to several reasons that I believe warrant attention. Firstly, the company's management style was highly authoritarian and lacked transparency. Decisions were made unilaterally without any input or consultation from the employees, leading to a lack of ownership and commitment from the staff. This resulted in a lack of motivation and engagement among the workforce, which ultimately affected the productivity and quality of work. Secondly, there was a severe lack of communication and feedback within the organization. Managers failed to provide regular feedback on performance, making it difficult for employees to understand their strengths and weaknesses. This led to a lack of clarity regarding expectations and goals, which affected job satisfaction and motivation. Thirdly, the company's compensation structure was highly inequitable. Some employees were paid significantly more than others for performing similar roles, leading to resentment and demotivation among the workforce. This created an unhealthy work environment and affected team morale. Lastly, there was a high turnover rate within the organization due to poor working conditions and management practices. This resulted in a constant cycle of training new employees, leading to a loss of productivity and resources. Specially this company director is very pathetic women mss. Neetu Agrawal. She doesn't know who run the organisation. She expecting her employees are donkey. Please 1stly see your self after that judge anybody.
