There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not giving to new joinees.

There is no growth even after 1 year. No job security is there you can get on PIP anytyme without any actual practical reason.

Work life balance,job security -depends up on manager ,no proper management as no difference in between salary of a telecaller and retail Executive. Imp part is their is no appreciate or no respect even u r a good performer, only they need their monthly basis target.

TL or manager behavior is not good and not understanding the staff problem and issues. They never trust you and always keep on doubts upon you. And appraisal is not done properly as per your expectations. They are very much selfish.
