...were supportive and the management was transparent. There is a medium cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and incentive in the form of bonus every year.

The top management doesn't address the facts and because of this the management can not know about wrong and right activities of the site staff.

Therw is a lot of politics and management doesn,t address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job trainingis not given to new joinees

1. Seniors Are Not Supportive. 2. Procurement director doesn't Intervein. 3. GM and AGM Favors to a Particular employee. There is a big discrimination between old and new employees. They don't give the chance to new employee. They use new employee just an assistant. 4. Micro Management. 6. 6 Working Days. 5. No accountability by seniors, They scarify to their subordinate to save their job and they can't fight for teammate rights. 6. Totally mental harassment .'

The management should have an keen tracking on the purchase head..AGM material manager and other heads to have an clear picture of the overall management of the company

Internal politics Groupism The staff should be selected from different parts of the country..not from a single state or region

It's the ocean of knowledge and the experience one will recieve while working here. Overall the trade in which you dealing with is not sufficient here for exploring further. One must grasp every department work for future growth and the same I've extracted here.

Only one problem, result into peer pressure either of positively or negatively affecting the mental health.
