- Salary hikes are very bad. Even if you join with very low pay, market correction never happens for existing employees. New hires get 300% more than you. - Average pay is not competitive with other big tech companies like Walmart and KLA. - Leadership worries about number of women in promoted position, due to which during appraisal, women might get preference over male employees (Typical feminism in most corporate companies). - Promotions never happen. Career progress would feel stagnant.

Great work-life balance. The ability to work from home depends on the team and is permitted if there is a genuine need. There are plenty of free resources available for skill development.

Due to recent layoffs, job security is uncertain. Promotions and salary increases have been impacted and are lower compared to other competitors.

Salary is less compared to market standards No transparency in salary We don’t even get to know what is the grade level of our colleagues unless you are involved with colleagues outside work like chai table or discussion tables

Good culture and work-life balance. Everything is driven by managers at any level. Good company to work for but don't stay in the same team for a long time. keep changing the teams internally.

... stayed more years, Salaries are very less when compared to college fresh grads. and there is no rule that higher grades get more compensation than lower grades.

Cisco salary is decent. But cisco competitors pay better than cisco . But still best place to work when it comes to work life balance.
