New hires get 300% more than you. - Average pay is not competitive with other big tech companies like Walmart and KLA. - Leadership worries about number of women in promoted position, due to which during appraisal, women might get preference over male employees (Typical feminism in most corporate companies). - Promotions never happen. Career progress would feel stagnant.

Good culture and work-life balance. Everything is driven by managers at any level. Good company to work for but don't stay in the same team for a long time. keep changing the teams internally.

... stayed more years, Salaries are very less when compared to college fresh grads. and there is no rule that higher grades get more compensation than lower grades.
