I have mix experience at Citibank. Company policy is good in term of Salary hike and other perks.

- Work life balance is really good in my team. - technical exposure is not really good. - really good team - company provide transportation for employee - training are conducted by internal and external trainers

There is no job security I was working as a temp staff initial stage they say if you perform well then will take you as permanent employee but whatever you do they never ever take you as a permanent employee they are just use people and thought after contract

There pathetic police and too much work with that too oo much work they pay very less amount

...ecurity. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign. Layoff affected a lot of employees in India and no one talked anything about this Part of the cost-cutting they targeted directors to the above level but when it comes to India all the MDMDsand directors protected each other and removed C05 to C11 employees from Citi.

Management is very biased. There are people sitting for 15-20 yrs and are in higher management, they just run their own monopoly. Managers harass the employees taking undue advantage of their position. Mental harassment is the real thing here. Works on favoritism. Higher management is crap. The most non-cooperative people I have come across in management so far are in CitiBank.

When they want you to hire, they will provide you with more package or whatever you want....but once they decided project or work going to complete...then ur in hell situation and they show you their real faces...

Management have no vision and they don't bother about you... My sincere suggestion, please skip CITI from your options.
