Not much. Initially the venture consisting of their partnership with client was full of promise and hope, but there were deep cracks owing to premature planning and execution, and ego issues with the senior leadership.

Dislikes

A number of things.... Lack of proper planning and execution. Startup mentality and poor foresight. Decentralized administration which causes issues between Noida and Hyderabad management. Lots of cases where promises made to employees are broken. Major office politics, especially egoistic senior management which creates localized nexus of their own brown-nosers. Some of the top technical executives are seriously airbrained. Owing to the above factors, a major chunk of the technical and senior leadership have been laid off or have left, both in India amd the US. Needless to say, job security is a major concern lately, and therefore attrition has always been high.

Nothing , this company is a sham . The entire personify health bot model is a sham. Don't ever join this organisation All five star ratings are fabricated

Bunch of jokers running personify health bot. Vice president of Noida location is one of the most vindictive and a person with low iq. He considers himself a ladies man and doesn't have technical work do do except poke his nose in every department expect his own work. He will scheme and make sure to terminate employment of employees who he personally dislikes. Mostly hiring done are of his references and nexus has been set up in the office. He makes noise always for nothing to keep himself relevant. He always has mood swings as if he is on pms. He uses amateur words in meetings and doesn't even think before he speaks. Very unprofessional setup in noida.

I have been working at Cloud Angles as an SDET 2 since September 2024. The organization offers a balanced mix of learning opportunities and hands-on project work in both manual and automation testing. The culture is collaborative, and managers are approachable. 1. The team environment is incredibly supportive, with colleague always willing to help and share knowledge. 2. There are regular training session, workshops, and access to resources that help employees to grow professionally. 3. Flexible work hours make it easier to maintain a healthy balance. 4. Good performance is consistently acknowledged and appreciated, which keeps motivation high.

Pathetic and unstable management. The unrealistic positive reviews just seem to be cloak-and-dagger attempts to increase the ratings. Organization structure is unstable and subsequent changes are simply unpredictable; however I've now come to realize that all that was by design. Additionally, there's limited transparency and scope for open communication here due to ego issues with some of the senior management. Lot of fake promises are made to employees. The level of office politics here is just overwhelming. The insecure leadership is more concerned with power than performance and as a result the environment is heavily undermined by a leadership plagued with insecurity , favoritism, and fragile egos. Not too long ago , a well respected senior executive was let go- not for poor performance , but seemingly because one of the senior leaders who wanted to take credit for himself simply felt threatened by her competence . Management is quick to claim the credit for others efforts but equally fast to distance themselves when accountability is needed. Constructive feedback is treated as insubordination and those who excel or bring fresh perspectives often find themselves targeted instead of being supported. The tech stack here is limited, so there's not much exposure from that side.
