They will give you salary on which you hired on after that no promotions, harrasment of the employee on every place either its your manager or HR.

They offer good jump in salary when u join them from any other organization. The salary is credited in time and they have there own portal from where u can download all months salary slips, experience certificate and Form 16. The company main campus of Greater Noida is World Class it's very beautiful with every facilities inside the campus like free gym, swimming pools etc.

Dislikes

If u r offered a good salary then possibly u will be mapped to a very challenging project and directly work will be assigned to u without any project KT or training. I worked in a Mule Project where we developed as per the technical design doc given to us by Architect but it was full of fault and incomplete details and to my surprise my manager never told architects to correct the doc all he did was yelling on me that why dev work is still pending U get very less client interviews opportunity. and they have mostly old legacy projects If u can't find any project in 2 months of bench period they will force u to resign

Process of salary revision and variable pay Leaves are depend upon client No Sodexo or food coupons. Also employee benefits are very less. Relocation benefits are very very less and pathetic process. Join if you have only one offer

Compared fo other service based IT organisations like TCS, Infosys etc, they pay better.

Dislikes

Finance & HR teams are arrogant, they don’t respond your queries immediately. Because of these departments, the company culture feels like some old Govt type organisation and makes you feel helpless. As usual like any other service sector, it’s client first culture.

Poor salary hike, they don't have opening for promotion, staying in the ODC even when there is no work, to show off other department that we're loaded all the time. For all of these they play with the mental and physical well being of their employees. Absolutely wrecked transport facilities, the admin team is unsupportive,rude and mannerless. HR has no value.
