They offer good jump in salary when u join them from any other organization. The salary is credited in time and they have there own portal from where u can download all months salary slips, experience certificate and Form 16. The company main campus of Greater Noida is World Class it's very beautiful with every facilities inside the campus like free gym, swimming pools etc.

If u r offered a good salary then possibly u will be mapped to a very challenging project and directly work will be assigned to u without any project KT or training. I worked in a Mule Project where we developed as per the technical design doc given to us by Architect but it was full of fault and incomplete details and to my surprise my manager never told architects to correct the doc all he did was yelling on me that why dev work is still pending U get very less client interviews opportunity. and they have mostly old legacy projects If u can't find any project in 2 months of bench period they will force u to resign

No appraisal this year Upper management Management doesn't think about budget before hiring a lot of candidates Career manager is now introduced who is responsible for your career goals and appraisal, but they have randomly assigned career managers who are not even matching your skills and even not interested on your career

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike

Everything right from onboarding to exit . Such a blady useless management and have no idea and budgets . When hired don’t have next steps what to do .. full of politics and blame game . Based on some Feedback they stick to it .. as if they are very Mr. Prefect . Full of micromanaging

...led career manager, not your manager) who has not interacted with you even once. - Variable pay: company will find x y z reasons to deny or pay only a minute part of the variable pay, no matter how hard team has worked, or how much on-time deliveries were achieved. - : after your project ends due to bad management, instead of allocating you to a new project or aligning you with existing opportunities, HR will call you and ask you to resign on your own initiative.
