Exploiting employees is their character, fooling employees with future salary increment promises and promotions is their way of hiring deserving employees. If someone is lucky enough to know about the real character of the company before joining, then only one can be saved. I wish People believe on the feedback which ambition box/Glassdoor kind of companies are showing about them. Seniors were Good. You will get good projects (which you can get in any product based company)

No work life balance. No policy followed. They will cut your salary each and every month and also don't give it on time. They can fire you anytime.

Pathetic work culture no growth no salary hike but constant salary deductions. Firing people is nothing for them it will happen every month, salary will release in mid of the month.
