...e mistake and they start doing gali to there junior the environment is very bad. I Joined Confidence in salrary of 35k But after completing one month i received only 30k i ask hr why i received less salary, they dont give any properly, they dont have genuine reason for deducting my salary,i have offer letter also of third party, there are very sharp they hired employees by third party, they only making fools to employees, my wrost decision was made to joined this company, So Please think before joining i request to everyone pls if you looking to joined think twice

I do not think that any sensible person would go for this company until and unless he is jobless from couple of month. There is nothing to like.

...ire year, but they will give you LWP a lot, just because you were 1 second late. They will give you salary on 10th of the month only, and that too if you manager approves your salary. If he is sick or unhappy, you will loose your salary and there is nothing you can do about it.

If they like your work you will be praised by everyone but no appraisals, no bonus, no incentives, no hikes.

The work culture is so bad, many people speak bad words very normally and only minimal people have manners.

... is republic day and independence day apart from that you get holiday on diwali. And do expect to work on those days also without any compensation.

The whole company is micro managed, they want things to be done like you have a magic wand. The top management does not evaluate any circumstances but take decision purely based on their assumptions or something which is feed in to their ears by their favourites. The late policy of the company can be compared to a school, if you are late by a minute you should stand outside the gate for 20 more minutes so that the owner could see who is coming late. You cannot go outside once you are in the office, even in emergency you need to get a gate pass signed by your head and also get it signed from the HR manager. Personal mobiles are not allowed and it is monitored by the HR the whole time you are in the office. Basically it's a. Big Boss like setup where your each and every move is monitored via cameras. peoples where terminated due to using personal mobiles.

There is lot of dislikes in this company.it will be shame on companies act to consider this as company also .it is worst than the shopkeeper even shopkeeper treat it employee ok bt here there are bediyas and lombdis who only con the good people.
